Scary Poem Contest
Because Halloween is approaching, it seems fit that we do a simple, easy contest that everyone can do. Your goal: to write a short scary poem about anything; it doesn’t necessarily have to deal with Halloween itself. Be sure to use descriptive words to create a vivid image for the reader!
The winning poem will be featured on our new homepage coming out at the end of this month!

Here is my entry!
"Scream in the Night" 'Twas a long, dark night, with not much light. The children all out, filling their bags with candy. All of a sudden, a scream sounds in the background, no one has a slight clue. The morning comes, and everyone finds out. It seems that ole' Sally Spout, had stubbed her toe on the sidewalk.
