Project #1
House Plan Interpretations
Welcome to the Projects Center! Our newest project will be a lengthy one. The challenge for us is to pick a house plan designed by a member of iCreate. Then, using Sims 3, members will create a house based on their interpretation of the house plan. Lets see how different they come out! Let me lay out a few things to begin with.
Stage #1 - House Planning Stage
Design your house plan off anything - your house, a friends house, or one that comes from your imagination (preferred). Make sure this house plan can be executed with the Sims 3 Program. We don't want any split-level, tree house plans just yet.
Using any type of program, design your plan. I am going to use the line segment in "Paint" to do my plan. If you have objects or symbols in your drawing, be sure to make a key so everyone can interpret it.
The due date for the house plans is June 30th. This will give you a few days to check out all Sims 3 has to offer. After June 10th, a staff member will set up a poll with the house plans that everyone has contributed. The poll will be up for one week. The house plan with the most votes will be the one the community uses to do the interpretation.

For this project, can we create a house even if we don't submit a floor plan? I mean, afterward, when the deadline for the housing plan is done and it's time for interpretative building?
